输油气管道站场工艺管线数据模型研究

摘要

管线数据模型的研究对管道完整性管理与应用具有重要意义.目前,针对站场管道数据模型的研究仍处于起步阶段.本文根据输油气站场工艺管线的特点,对站场内工艺管线与设备进行了抽象,以几何网络为基础提出并建立了站内工艺管线数据模型,并阐述了数据模型的设计过程.以该模型为基础建立了三维站场应用系统,研发了工艺流程动态研究、设备管理等功能模块.实践证明,本文提出的站场工艺管线数据模型具有很高的实用价值.%The studying pipeline data model plays an important role in pipeline integrity management and its application. At present.it is still a virgin field in studying station pipeline data model. In this paper,firstly,the authors analyzed the spatial phenomenon in station process pipeline and divided process pipeline and devices into abstract objects. And then the In Station Process Pipeline Data Model (ISPPDM) has been created based on geometric network. In the latter process of model application, the west pipeline company 3D station management information system is established. This application based on ISPPDM and successfully developed device management module,process flow simulation module. The fact proves that ISPPDM has a very high application value.
