提高空调换热器性能的实验研究

         

摘要

In this paper, the flow path number and the distributary capillary tube length of the heat exchanger was changed at the same test-condition, it studied on the different parameters influence to the property of the heat ex-changer. The result indicated that it should add flow path number, reduce the length of distributary capillary tube, so that it could reduce pressure loss of the heat exchanger, improve the heating capacity and efficiency of the heat exchanger, reduce energy waste, increase the thermal comfort of heating.%本文分析了在相同实验条件下,通过改变换热器流路数和分流毛细管长度,实验研究各参数对空调系统换热器性能的影响情况。结果表明,为了降低换热器的压力损失,应增加换热器的流路数和减小分流毛细管的长度,从而提高制热量和换热效率,有利于减少能源浪费,增加制热的热舒适性。
