平直翅型油冷却器传热与流阻性能的实验研究

         

摘要

管壳式换热器以其对压力、温度、介质的适应性、耐用性及经济性,在润滑油冷却系统中广泛使用.增加管壳式换热器油侧的换热系数和换热面积是提高油冷却器性能关键因素.为了提高油冷却器的传热性能,本文采取在管外加平直翅片(以下简称PS)方式来增加油侧的换热面积.对不同PS系列的油冷却器总换热量Q、壳侧油压降ΔPo、总传热系数Kn、综合性能Kn/ΔPo和Qs/ΔPo随油流量的变化进行了实验研究,采用多元线形回归方法得出油侧传热Nuo和摩阻系数fo的实验关联式,其结果为设计和选择该类型的油冷却器提供了理论指导和实验支持.%The kind of tube- and -shell heat exchanger is common used in lubricating oil cooling system for its adaptability,durability and economical efficiency to pressure,temperature and fluid media.Increasing heat transfer coefficient and area in oil side of tube- and -shell heat exchanger is key factor of improving oil cooler performance.In order to augment oil cooler heat transfer performance,the way of adding plain fins(for short:PS)to tube is used to increase heat transfer area in oil side.Experimental study is carried out that performance parameters of different PS series oil coolers,including total heat transfer capacityQ,oil pressure drop in shell sideΔPo,total heat transfer coefficient Kn、comprehensive performance Kn/ΔPoandQs/ΔPo,change with oil flow rate.multiple-linear-regression method is used to get experimental correlation of heat transfer Nuoand friction factor foin oil side.The results provide theoretical guidance and experimental base for designing and selecting this kind of oil cooler.
