The pipe network design has a direct influence on operating energy consumption and investment costs in district cooling systems. In this paper, a method of optimal design for pipe network by integer programming is developed, focusing on using 0-1 variables to solve the problem of optimal path and diameter in pipe network. A mathematical model for pipe network planning and diameter optimization is constructed, which includes objective function and constraints. Taking a district cooling system for example, the methods of integer programming and economic friction factor are used respectively. The result of integer programming can make the annual cost save 8.6%, and also validate the feasibility and applicability of the method.%在区域供冷系统中,管网设计直接影响到系统的运行能耗和投资费用。重点阐述了用0-1变量处理管网最优路径和管径优化的问题。提出了区域供冷系统管网优化的目标函数和约束条件,构建了该类问题的数学模型。此外以某区域供冷项目为例,分别采用整数规划方法和常规经济比摩阻方法进行计算和对比分析。结果表明,采用整数规划方法的优化结果可使年折算费用节省8.6%,同时也验证了该方法的可行性和适用性。
