某办公楼变风量空调系统设计及运行分析

摘要

The author has participated the design of one office building in Chengdu, the air condition adopts the VAV+Floor air system. Now, the system has already ran 2 seasons continuously, and also has found some problems. The author has already went to the building to solve the problems for many times. Some of the problems reflect the deficiency of the design. Through the analysis and summary, we can provide reference and basis for the similar designs.%参与成都市某高档办公大楼的空调系统设计，系统采用了变风量+地板送风的方式，目前该项目空调系统已连续运行2个空调季，运行期间发现了诸多问题，应业主方的要求，多次到现场处理系统的运行问题，运行问题也侧面反应了初始设计的不足及弊端，通过对该项目设计及运行的分析及总结，为后期同类设计的优化提供参考及依据。
