SLP法在耐火厂总平面布置中的应用

摘要

以某耐火材料厂扩建厂房为研究对象,在分析其产品工艺流程的基础上,采用系统布置设计(SLP)法对厂区的物流和非物流关系进行分析,绘制厂区的作业单位位置相关图和作业单位面积相关图；综合考虑各种限制因素,对作业单位面积相关图进行调整和修正,设计出两套切实可行的布置方案,并采用加权法对方案进行比较和分析,以确定厂区的最佳总平面布置方案.%Taking one expansion plant of refractories factory as the study object,based on analysis of product technical process,Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) was applied to analyze material flow and non-material flow interrelation of the plant,and the operation unit location correlation diagram and operation unit area correlation diagram were mapped out. Taking all kinds of limiting factors into consideration,the operation unit area correlation diagram was amended and adjusted, two feasible layout plans were designed, and the better one was chosen by the weighed factor method.
