微粉添加剂对RM45结构和性能的影响

         

摘要

The effect of adding different quantities of three kinds of micropowder additives A,B and C on the microstructure and properties of RM45 is studied with help of the method of SEM,XRD and so on.The result shows that the additions of all three kinds of micropowder additives can improve the microstructure of RM45 and reduce the formation of cristobalite phase,but additive C has the best result.After additive C is added into the raw materials of RM45,the redundant part of SiO2 is consumed to form the low melting point solid solution without the cristobalite phase formation in RM45.Its property can be compared favorably with Molochite produced in Great Britain.%借助SEM和XRD等方法,研究了不同用量的A、B、C 3种微粉添加剂对RM45微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:加入A、B、C 3种微粉添加剂均可以改善RM45微观结构,减少方石英相的生成。但以C添加剂效果最好。在RM45的原料中加入C后,消耗多余的部分SiO2,形成低熔点固溶物,使RM45内部无方石英相的生成。其性能可以与英产Molochite相媲美。
