回转窑内煤粉燃烧及气体分布的数值模拟研究

摘要

The coal dust burning and gas distribution in rotary kiln are studied by CFD numerical value simulation method. The result of cold simulatin shows that the central backflow zone, internal baekflow zone and external backflow zone are generated in the kiln. For hot state simulation, the vari- ous gas distributions are described in detail in combination of temperature field.%运用CFD数值模拟的方法，研究回转窑中煤粉燃烧及气体分布。冷态模拟结果显示窑内产生中心回流区、内回流区和外回流区；热态模拟，结合温度场对窑中各气体分布进行详尽的说明。
