介绍了我国粉煤灰利用状况及政策，结合实例分析了粉煤灰的有效利用和清洁生产对促进粉煤灰有效利用的作用。%The paper introduces the conditions and policy of coal dust ash utilization in China，analyses the efficacious utilization of it with real examples and the effect of Cleaner Production promoting the efficacious utilization of it.
