Sol gel Synthesis and Hydrothermal Crystallization of Gallium Germanate

         

摘要

A novel gallium germanate (832Na 2O·12Ga 2O 3·24GeO 2) was synthesized by a sol gel method and hydrothermal crystallization. The germanate was characterized with scanning electron microscopy, electronic energy spectrum, inductively couple plasma emission spectrum and powder X ray diffraction. The properties of crystal appearance, size, thermal stability and melting point were studied as well as some influence factors on synthesis process.
