PPy decoratedα-Fe_(2)O_(3) nanosheets as flexible supercapacitor electrodes

         

摘要

In recent years,α-Fe_(2)O_(3)electrode material is considered to be one of the most potential anode materials for asym-metric supercapacitors(ASCs).But the poor electrical conductivity restricts its wide applications.It is an effective solution to improve electrical conductivity by compositing conductive polymer materials.Herein,we prepare severalα-Fe_(2)O_(3)@PPy electrode materials on nickel foam by a facile solvothermal method and a subsequent electro-chemical deposition process.The as-obtainedα-Fe_(2)O_(3)@PPy-70 product is utilized as negative material for supercapacitors,which delivers a speciflc capacity of 1050 mF·cm^(-2)at 1 mA·cm^(-2).In addition,the assembled asymmetric capacitor shows an energy density of 0.178 mWh·cm^(-3)at 7.09 mW·cm^(-3),and the capacity retention rate after cycling is 87.5%.
