蒙西至华中地区煤运通道新余地区新余西站与洋坊站整合研究

             

摘要

At present the structure of investors of railway construction market has become increasingly diversified;and so how to effectively integrate the resources of the different ownerships is becoming a new research subject, especially when drawing a new railway into a existing railway station under the condition that the ownerships of the new railway and the existing railway station are not the same. This paper was based on the example of the Western Inner Mongolia-to-Central China Railway being drawn into the Xinyu region for coal transportation. The paper researched relevant issues, including the scheme without integration, the necessity of integration, the design principle of integration, and so on, and then put forward two major integration schemes. Subsequently, the two major integration schemes were compared and analyzed with each other in many aspects such as transportation organization, utilization of auxiliary facility, passing capacity, influence on the existing production organization, project investment and so on, and finally the optimal integration scheme was acquired in this paper.%随着铁路市场投资主体的不断多元化,当新建线路引入既有车站,当两者主权不一时,如何有效整合两者资源,成为一个新的课题。以蒙西至华中地区煤运通道引入新余地区为例,通过对整合前方案、整合必要性、整合设计原则等方面进行研究,提出两大整合方案,并从运输组织、配套设施利用、通行能力、对既有生产组织影响、工程造价等多个方面对两方案进行对比,得出最佳方案。
