天津铁路集装箱中心站真空堆载联合预压法沉降控制设计

     

摘要

Based on the engineering in Tianjin Xingang North railway container central station, and in accordance with site conditions, this paper addresses the foundation treatment and selection of vacuum-mound preloading method. According to the design specifications related to railway industry, the application of vacuum-mound preloading method in railway engineering design is expatiated. Control indices of vacuum preloading are put forward after study on test section, calculation of foundation settlement and ground consolidation. The reasonableness and accuracy of entire calculation process is verified by monitoring and detection of anti-clogging&pressure boosted vacuum preloading area ( ZY-5 ) .%基于天津新港北铁路集装箱中心站工程,并结合场地状况,对地基处理方案进行研究和比选,选择真空堆载联合预压法作为地基处理方案。根据铁路行业相关设计规范,就真空堆载联合预压法在铁路工程中的应用设计进行详细阐述,重点通过试验段研究、地基沉降计算和地基固结计算等提出真空预压控制指标,并通过对增压防堵真空预压区(ZY-5)监测和检测结果分析,验证整个计算过程的合理性和准确性。
