机车调试专用智能仪器的设计

             

摘要

The paper introduces the design idea,process as well as software & hardware design of an intelligent instrument special for locomotive commissioning. The intelligent instrument special for locomotive commissioning intelligent instrument special for locomotive commissioning can test transmitters relating to pressure intensity, temperature,voltage and current,etc. of locomotives, measure physical quantities relating to pressure intensity, temperature,voltage and current,etc. of locomotives,and automatically record documents recording data on the above physical quantities. The output signal from transmitters that are connected to the intelligent instrument special for locomotive commissioning can either be an analog voltage signal between 0~10 V,or an analog current signal between 0~20 mA.%介绍一种机车调试专用智能仪器的设计思路、流程以及软、硬件设计.机车调试专用智能仪器可实现检验机车的压强、温度、电压和电流等变送器,测量机车的压强、温度、电压和电流等物理量,以及自动生成记录上述物理量数据的文件.与机车调试专用智能仪器连接的变送器的输出信号既可以是0~10 V以内的模拟电压信号,也可以是0~20 mA以内的模拟电流信号.
