电动转辙机电接点加热防霜措施研究

摘要

With a view to inaccurate contact indication due to a frosty electrical contact during the application of an electric switch machine which has been put into service,by taking a ZD6 electric switch machine for instance,the paper studies on a scheme that can protect against electrical contact frost by installing a silicon rubber heating plate inside the contact cover and heating the plate by energization. In the meantime, it also determines a critical power for the heating plate in which case the contact is exactly free of frost,thus providing an effect field solution for contact frost.%针对已经上道使用的电动转辙机在使用过程中出现电接点结霜导致接点表示不准确的情况，以ZD6系列电动转辙机为例，研究在接点罩内安装硅橡胶加热片，采用通电使加热片发热，从而达到预防电接点结霜的方案，为现场解决接点结霜问题提供有效措施。
