浅谈新时期企业档案管理工作对企业发展的影响

摘要

档案管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,也是企业管理的一项基础性工作。新时期企业档案管理工作直接关系着企业的发展,对企业发展有着重要的影响,所以新时期新的形势对档案工作提出了新的要求。新时期必须要加强档案管理工作,一是进一步提高档案工作者的专业知识,参与生产技术管理;二是档案管理工作要积极主动地为企业当好参谋;三是运用现代化的管理手段,使档案工作向科学化、现代化迈进。%Archives management is both an important part of enterprise management,and a basic work.In the new period, enterprise file management stays directly related to the development of companies,and plays an important role in enterprise development.So in this era,the fresh situation has raised new requirements for archives management.Archives management should be strengthened in the new period.Firstly,files workers must further expand their professional knowledge and take part in production technology management.Secondly,archives management should take the initiative to offer advice to companies.Finally,we should use modern management methods to make the archival work more scientific and modernistic.
