富水砂卵石地层盾尾刷更换技术

         

摘要

盾构长距离掘进过程中因多种原因导致盾尾刷不可避免的损坏,盾尾刷损坏后容易造成盾尾漏水漏浆,进一步使脱出盾尾后的管片位移变形、地面下沉,若遇地下水较大,围岩较差的地层甚至会形成地面塌陷。通过总结长沙地铁1号线施工中海瑞克土压平衡盾构机在围岩较差的富水地层中安全顺利地进行盾尾刷更换的经验,为类似环境下盾尾刷更换提供参考。%Due to a variety of reasons,shield tail brush was inevitably damaged in the process of long distance of shield driving.Water and slurry leakage would be caused on shield tail when the shield tail brush was damaged,further,it would lead to displacement deformation and surface subsidence after the pipe segment prolapsed from the shield tail.In case of a larger groundwater,ground collapse would be formed under poor surrounding rock stratum.The experience on shield tail brush replacement of Herrenknecht earth pressure balance shield machine was summarized under poor surrounding rock of water-rich stratum in the construction of Changsha Subway Line 1,which could provide a reference for shield tail brush re-placement under similar environments.
