高层住宅入口门楼沉降问题的原因分析和质量控制

随着高层建筑的大量涌现，高层住宅入口门楼的观赏性和实用性越来越得到人们的关注，与此同时高层住宅入口门楼的沉降问题也时有发生。以华北某住宅楼入口门楼为例，分析了高层住宅入口门楼沉降问题的原因，探讨了质量控制的技术措施，可供房地产开发人员参考。%With the emergence of a large number of high-rise buildings,the ornamental and practicability of high-rise resi-dential entrance gatehouse get more and more attention.Meanwhile,the settlement of the gatehouse is occurred occasional-ly.Taking a residential building entrance gate in North China as an example,the settlement issue is analyzed,and technolog-ical countermeasures are explored for controlling quality to provide references for real estate development personnels.
