基于 QC 方法的缩短机车整车试验台检修时间技术研究

     

摘要

针对现有机车整车试验台年检修时间过长,不能满足运营要求这一实际难题,确定 QC 课题为缩短机车整车试验台检修时间。基于 QC 方法,第一,通过排列图确认课题症结,通过现场调查、分析及验证,确定陪试轮总成冲击载荷大为症结的要因;第二,根据5W1H 原则,针对选定对策(改变机车上下试验台的方式)制定对策表;第三,依据对策表,先后完成轮缘轨道设计、举升装置设计、标准工艺设计及冲击载荷检算;第四,通过目标检查及症结检查验证 QC 活动的有效性。本文提出通过可升降轨道梁技术代替浮动尖轨技术引导机车上下整车试验台,有效缓解机车轮对对整车试验台陪试机构的冲击,将整车试验台检修时间缩短到运营允许范围内。%In this paper,our subject research is determined to shorten the maintenance time of whole locomotive test e-quipment,which aims at the lengthy maintenance time of the whole locomotive test equipment that unable to meet the re-quirement of the operation.Based on the method of QC,firstly,determining the main reason is strong impact load to test wheel assembly,according to pareto diagram,field investigation,analysis and verification.Secondly,establishing counter-measure table in allusion to the selected countermeasure (shifting gears of locomotive up and down workstation)according to the principle of the 5W1H.Thirdly,according to countermeasure table,achieving design of rim orbit,lift equipment, standard process,check and calculation of impact load.Finally,verifying the effectiveness of the QC activities through the target inspection and sticking point check.This paper puts forward the technology of raising and falling track beam that can completely replace floating point rail used in the whole locomotive test equipment.The raising and falling track beam can effectively relieve the impact load to test wheel assembly.Then the maintenance time of whole locomotive test equipment can meet the requirements of operation.
