成都某广场办公楼高139.37 m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。为满足建筑功能的要求,在裙房范围内多处设有穿层柱,在裙房以上楼层设置空中花园,导致外框架无法连续拉通。采用性能化的设计方法,且进行了线弹性分析、非线性分析,针对分析结果,结合概念设计,采取一系列抗震加强措施,能够满足规范要求和性能化设计目标。%The structural height of a office tower in Chengdu Union Sun is 139.37 m with system of frame-shear wall. There are some two-storey-height columns in podium and some layer above podium which cause some edge beams unable to be connected to satisfy architecture requirement.In design progress,we adopt the anti-seismic performance design method and do some linear elastic analysis and nonlinear analysis.According to the analysis result and conceptual design,a series of reinforce measures are used to meet the code and performance goals.
