雷达装备保障系统效能综合评估

摘要

合理评估雷达装备保障系统效能,查找保障系统薄弱环节,对于充分发挥装备整体作战能力,顺利执行预警探测任务具有重要意义.针对雷达装备保障系统效能评估问题,首先从影响雷达装备保障系统效能的因素出发,构建了保障系统效能评估指标体系.在此基础上,提出了一种由层次分析确定指标权重、定性和定量指标量化处理及线性加权综合计算相结合的雷达装备保障系统效能综合评估方法.实例应用表明,该综合评估方法科学可行,具有较好的应用前景.%Evaluating the efficiency and finding the weaknesses of the support system of radar equipment have great importance for the radar equipment to play the whole operational capability totally and perform early-warning detection task successfully.To solve the efficiency evaluation problem of radar equipment support system,the index system is established from the elements of the support system.Then,an integration evaluation method is provided.In the method,the index weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process model,the qualitative and quantitative indexes are standardized,and the efficiency of support system is computed based on the linear weighted model.The results from actual applications show that the method is feasible and has good application prospects.
