新农村公路交通现状和发展建设中应关注的几个问题

本文深入分析了农村公路交通建设的现状，针对新农村公路交通现状和建设中存在的诸多问题，提出了加强新农村公路建设的建议和对策，逐步实现农村公路建设、养护和运输市场管理的制度化，保证农村公路建设的可持续发展。%In this paper ,through deeply analyzing the actuality of rural road construction ,combing with existing problems in traffic actuality and development and construction of new rural road ,relevant counter‐measures on accelerating the construction of new rural road are put forward ,which will both gradually system‐atize the rural road construction and maintenance and the market management of transportation and ensure the sustainability of rural road construction .
