采用培养皿滤纸萌发实验,研究不同质量浓度的Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O溶液(0、25、100、400、1600mg/L) 对紫花苜蓿种子萌发的胁迫作用.结果表明,低质量浓度的Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O(≦ 100 mg/L) 显著促进紫花苜蓿的萌发参数.随着Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O质量浓度的逐渐提高,对紫花苜蓿种子的萌发胁迫作用不断增强,当Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O的质量浓度达到400和1600mg/L时,紫花苜蓿种子的萌发和幼苗的生长则受到显著抑制.表明随着Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O质量浓度的提高,紫花苜蓿种子的萌发和幼苗的生长受到的抑制作用越来越强.%The effects of lead acetate solution on the seed germination of alfalfa were studied by using the culture experiment of the filter paper to study the seed germination of six different concentrations(0、25、100、400、 1600 mg/L). The results showed that germination rate,germination potential,germination index and germination vigor index were significantly improved by low concentration of lead acetate. With the increase of the concentration of lead acetate,the germination stress of alfalfa seeds was increasing,and the germination and seeding growth of alfalfa seeds were significantly inhibited when the mass concentration of lead acetate reached 400 and 1600 mg/L. The results showed that the germination and seeding growth of alfalfa seeds were more and more inhibited with the increase of the concentration of lead acetate.
