MTBE／丁烯－1装置甲醇回收系统腐蚀探讨

摘要

Aimed at the features and acidic corrosion situation of MTBE/butane-1 unit in Zhenhai Refinery Branch Co ., corrosion causes were analyzed from hydrogen precipitation and oxygen uptake and etc.After execution of the following measures such as crude material man-agement , operation optimization , salt water removal and exchange and alkali neutralization , in-fluence of corrosion on stable and long operation of the unit was decreased effectively .%针对镇海炼化MTBE／丁烯－1装置的特点及酸性腐蚀现状，从析氢吸氧腐蚀等方面展开腐蚀原因分析，装置在实施原料管理、操作优化、除盐水置换、碱中和等措施后，有效减少了腐蚀对装置安稳长运行的影响。
