焦化装置分馏塔技术改造及运行效果

摘要

Aimed problems existing on the third delay coking unit of Qilu Refinery, corre-sponding technical reform was executed and expected effect was obtained.The treatment load of the unit was raised after the reform, residual carbon content in the residuum was increased from 16.920%to 18.429%.Under the condition of heavy component content of the crude feed was increased, yield of the high value liquid products was increased from 67.93% to 68.58%, yield of the petroleum coke was decreased from 26.7%to 26.32%, yield of the wax oil was in-creased from 15.15%to 16.5%.%针对齐鲁炼油厂第三延迟焦化装置存在的问题，实施相应技术改造，达到预期效果。改造后装置处理负荷提高，渣油残炭值由16.92％增至18.43％，原料变重的前提下，液体高附收率由67.93％提高到68.58％，石油焦收率由26.7％降到26.32％，蜡油收率由15.15％提高到16.5％。
