焦化装置高温法兰泄漏原因分析及解决措施

Aimed at leakage problems appearing in relevant high temperature petroleum flange on large oil gas line of the coking tower of 1.6 Mt/a delayed coking plant in Qingdao Pet-rochemical Company, causes and mechanism for the leakage were analyzed.Leakage risk was reduced by adopting the following measures, such as intensifying installation requirement, strengthening heat fastening and taking correct secured fashion, enhancing construction quality. And the leakage probability was reduced by improving material quality of the screw bolts, ex-changing the gasket form, and increasing stretching grommets.The leakage problem of high temperature petroleum flange was essentially solved after execution of the above mentioned meas-ures, the bottleneck restricting long-term running of the unit by flange leakage was eliminated, safe and stable running of the unit was increased.%针对青岛石化1.6 Mt/a延迟焦化装置焦炭塔大油气线上相关高温油气法兰出现的泄漏问题,分析其原因及机理。通过强化安装要求、加强热紧及改进紧固方式,提高施工质量降低泄漏风险;提升螺栓材质、更改垫片形式、增加拉伸垫圈等措施,降低泄漏几率。措施实施后,基本解决了高温油气法兰的泄漏问题,消除了法兰泄漏制约装置长周期运转的瓶颈,提高了装置的安全平稳运行。
