使用电子天平进行小体重野外测定

摘要

在矿石试样的小体重测定中，目前使用最为广泛的是《土工试验方法标准》(GB/T50123-1999)中的蜡封法密度试验方法，该方法中试样体积的测定使用的是机械分析天平，操作较为繁琐，很难应用于矿石小体重的野外快速测定。本文结合生产实践提出了一种使用电子天平进行称量，使用蜡封或塑封对矿石进行防水处理的小体重测定方法，该方法简便快速，通过与传统方法进行比对，其测定结果准确可靠，测定精确度完全能够满足室内和野外测定小体重的要求。%Currently the most widely used the wax sealing density test method in“standard for soil test method(GB/T 50123-1999)”when we determine the small volumetric weight of ore samples.This method that weighting use analytical balance is so tedious that difficult to apply for the determineing of small volumetric weight in the wild. In this paper,the author propose a method that weighting use electronic balance and waterproof processing of the ore use wax sealing or plastics sealing.This method is simple and rapid.By comparison with the traditional method,its measurement results is accurate and reliable,the measurement accuracy fully able to meet the indoor and field measurement of small volumetric weight requirements.
