选用白杨派杂交杨树的5个品系,以1年生离体枝条为材料,经过4个不同低温处理后,测量电导率值和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,结果表明:大叶山杨×新疆杨抗寒性最强,大叶山杨×银腺杨最弱。%Selecting five varieties of hybrid poplar for Sect.Populus ,taking annual vitro branches as material,after four different low temperature processing,conductivity and malondialdehyde (MDA)content were measured.Re-sult shows that the cold resistance of P .davidiana var.macrophylla × Populus alba var.pyramidalis is the strongest;the cold resistance of P .davidiana var.macrophylla×(Populus alba ×P .glandulosa)is the weakest.
