蜱源含Kunitz功能域的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制分子研究进展

             

摘要

蜱是地球上仅次于蚊子的第二大病原传播媒介,可引起人和动物多种疾病。控制蜱的传统方法是使用杀虫剂,但药物残留等问题日益突出,因此寻求更加健康环保的抗蜱方法迫在眉睫。蛋白酶水解反应参与生物体大多数生理活动,该反应的调节机制亦成为研究热点。Kunitz型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制分子作为一种重要的蛋白酶水解反应调节物,与蜱的多项生理功能关系密切。论文对蜱源Kunitz型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制分子的结构和功能加以论述,总结近年来的相关研究进展,以期为进一步研究提供参考。%Following mosquitoes ,ticks are the second vectors of various pathogens that cause diseases of human and animals .Taking drug residue and other problems into consideration ,the more healthy and en-vironment-friendly means are urgently required to replace the traditional control method w hich depends on acaricides .Protease hydrolysis plays a significant role in most physiological activities ,and w hose modula-ting mechanism has become the hot field .Kunitz type serine protease inhibitors (serpin) are involved in va-rious physiological activities for its common regulation on the process of protease hydrolysis .Therefore , the present review summized the structure and function of Kunitz type serine protease inhibitors in recent investigations ,w hich is expected to offer references for further studies .
