NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF BURNING PROCESS OF FUEL BED

         

摘要

<正> Ⅰ.INTRODUCTIONBurning of a fuel bed is the radical combustion phenomenon in fires which has beenstudied experimentally and numerically as well.It is needed to develop the general modelsand numerical methods for prediction of the burning process of a fuel bed with differentcharacters.As a first step three kinds of fuel beds have been chosen for demonstration ofthe predictions by use of FAC-2 computer code.They are a vertically-placed flat,a liquidpool and a porous bed.These fuel beds can be considered as a model of a wall fire,apetroleum fire and a forest fire respectively.
