＜正＞ Fuzhou Laboratory of Structural Chemistry,Academia Sinica,is situated in the westernsuburb of Fuzhou,close to Xiehe Park by the Minjiang River.In April 1985,the ChineseAcademy of Sciences convened a meeting of famed scientists in structural chemistry to makean appraisal of the research orientation,the mission,the guides to programme initiative,aswell as the facility establishment of Fuzhou Laboratory.The establishment of the laborato-
