＜正＞ 1 OutlineThe Laboratory of Mechanical Structural Strength and Vibration（LMSSV）was ap-proved to establish,out of experts’consideration for necessity,by the National PlanningCommission in August,1985.Its construction was completed in October,1988,open tothe scholars of China and foreign countries.Subordinate to the National EducationCommission,LMSSV attaches itself to Xi’an Jiaotong University.
