摘要

正 Based on the good solid lubrication behavior of MoS2 and technological characteristics ofbrush plating,a new type Ni/MoS2 composite brush plating layer was developed and studied.The friction andwear properties were measured systematically on a“ball-on-disc”testing machine under both lubricatedand dry conditions.Experimental results show that its properties are related closely with the content ofMoS2 in the plating layer and working conditions,such as load and sliding speed.An optimum frictioncoefficient and wear-resistance can be obtained at an appropriate content of MoS2.In order to clarifythe reasons of an excellent solid lubrication property of this composite plating layer,deep analyses of itsmicrostructure by TEM and X-ray diffraction were conducted,and the preferred orientation of MoS2 withits basal planes parallel to the surface of material has been revealed.
