温馨提示卡在神经内科住院患者中的应用效果评估

摘要

目的:探讨温馨提示卡在神经内患者中的应用效果评估.方法:将200例我院神经内科住院患者随机分为两组,普通组患者入院进行宣教,护理人员对100例患者的用药、饮食、锻炼等进行口头教育;对照组100例患者采用入院发放温馨提示卡及常规宣教结合的方法.对两组患者的遵医效果进行比对.结果:普通组100例患者的遵医行为差于对照组患者(P＜0.05),对照组患者护理满意度高于普通组患者(P＜0.05).结论:应用温馨提示卡可以有效降低神经内科住院患者不良事件发生率,督促患者更好的遵医,提高患者护理满意度.%Objective:To estimate the application effect of reminder cards on patients with neurological diseases.Methods:200hospitalized patients with neurological diseases in our hospital were divided into 2 groups.The common group which contained 100patients accepted propaganda and education,such as:medication,diet and exercise,which were completed by nursing personnel orally;Whereas the control group accepted the combination methods of reminder cards and routine education.Two groups were compared in compliance.Results:Compliance in the common group which contained 100 patients was inferior to that in the control group which contained 100 patients (P＜0.05).Patients in the control group were more satisfied at nursing than those in the common group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of reminder cards could reduce effectively the incidence of adverse event that patients with neurological diseases may suffer.Likewise,it could provide better supervision of the compliance of patients,and can improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
