化工装置塔系统中安全阀的泄放量计算

摘要

Safety valve releasing condition in tower system in chemical plant is relatively complicated and is somewhat representative. In this article, some conditions inducing release of safety valve were analyzed, such as that of outer fire, failure of back-flow at tower top, break of heat transfer tube and fault of control valve. The calculation methods for releasing valume of safety valve under different conditions were provided, which may referenced in engineering later.%化工装置中塔系统的安全阀泄放工况是相对复杂且具有代表性的。针对塔系统中安全阀泄放的外部火灾、塔顶回流故障、换热管破裂、控制阀故障等多种典型工况进行分析，提出了不同泄放工况下安全阀泄放量的计算方法，为今后的工程设计及应用提供参考。
