简单介绍国内外焦炉煤气甲烷化技术,对甲烷化合成工段应用流程模拟软件Pro-Ⅱ进行简单模拟计算,针对管程压力大于壳程压力这一特殊工艺条件,开发设计了一种新型特殊管板结构的废热锅炉设备,采用1/8实际结构的三维模型,应用ANSYS对挠性薄管板进行耦合场(温度场和应力场)分析设计。基于温度场分布、结构应力强度和水循环特性分析,开发的该甲烷化废热锅炉设备完全满足现场运行的要求,并能够避免金属粉末化这一特殊现象。%The technology of coal gas methanation for coke furnace used at home and abroad was introduced in this article. By using simulation software Pro-II, the simulative calculation for methanation synthesis process was performed. For a special working condition under which the pressure in tube side is greater than that in shell side, one waste heat boiler with new tubesheet structure was developed. Using ANSYS and the model of 1/8 actual structure, the stress field coupling with the temperature field was analyzed. The new boiler equipment, which is developed based on the analysis for the characteristics in distribution of temperature field, structural stress intensity and water circulation, have been proved to reach all of the requirements in operation and the forming of metal powder can also be avoided.
