浮头式换热器管板应力的直接计算方法

摘要

In this paper, one method, based on tube supporting factorK and ratio of the equivalent diameter of perforated zone of tubesheet to diameter of gasket load reactionρt for tube area, for calculating actual stresses in tubesheet and tubes forfloating tubesheet heat exchanger was provided. The method is based on the theoretical basis in GB/T 151—2014. New series of formulas and curves used in calculation were provided. The actual stresses in tubesheet and tubes can be obtained directly by applying the method herein.%依据GB/T 151浮头式换热器管板计算模型，绘制了全新的计算参数曲线，给出了根据管子加强系数K和布管区当量直径参数ρt 直接求解管板应力和换热管应力的直接计算方法。在工程实践中，可以通过此计算方法按管板实际有效厚度计算管板和换热管的实际应力，以便于对管板厚度进行工程评价。
