摘要

With respect to the structure of floating tubesheet in one heat exchanger,the structure of the tool used for hydrostatic test and the design of this tool were introduced.At the same times,the procedure of hydrostatic test based on pressure differential for this floating tubesheet heat exchanger was described.%针对某项目中的一台浮头式热交换器的浮头结构和水压试验工装结构和设计作了介绍,并简要阐述了基于压差设计的热交换器的水压试验工艺过程.
