平行双闸板闸阀内漏原因分析与处理

摘要

Inner leakage occurred in parallel double disk gate valve used in steam pipeline connected with synthetic tower in natural gas methanol plant, which seriously affected the maintenance of separated equipment from normal production. With respect to this situation, the main cause of inner leakage in the valve was analyzed in this article, and the treatment method and proposal were then presented.%天然气制甲醇装置甲醇合成塔加蒸汽管道上使用的平行双闸板闸阀投用后出现内漏,严重影响了正常生产时对被隔离设备的维护检修.针对此情况分析了影响阀门内漏的主要原因,提出了切实可行的处理方法及建议.
