孔板消减往复式压缩机气流脉动的实验研究

         

摘要

Orifice plate is a common element to suppress the gas pulsation occurred in reciprocating compressor. There are many articles studied on the orifice aperture ratio and parameter number of holes, but the influence of hole angle to the flow pulsation has not been investigated experimentally. The gas pulsation experiment platform for reciprocating compressor has been built to measure the pressure irregularity and to study the change of pressure irregularity that was caused by the change of angle and the ratio of aperture with pipe diameter, and then the curve of pressure irregularity change was obtained. It is the first time that the influence of orifice aperture ratio、hole angle on the gas pressure loss were studied. It was found that orifice with positive angle has greater ability on gas pulsation reduction than an orifice with negative angle. Considering the gas pulsation reduction ability and the pressure loss caused by orifice, the optimal size parameters of orifice as aperture ratio should be 0.5.%孔板是抑制往复式压缩机气流脉动的常见设备.目前已有不少文章对孔板的孔径比、开孔数等参数进行了研究,但未对孔板孔内角对气流脉动的影响进行过实验研究.通过搭建往复式压缩机气流脉动实验平台,测量管道压力不均匀度,研究孔板孔径比、开口角度对压力不均匀度的影响,得出相应的压力不均匀度变化曲线,首次通过实验研究孔板孔径比、开口角度对气体压力损失的影响.研究发现正内角孔板对气流脉动消减能力好于负内角孔板;综合考虑孔板对气流脉动的消减能力和孔板造成的压力损失,得到孔板最佳尺寸参数为孔径比0.5.
