基于遗传算法的绕管式换热器结构参数优化研究

         

摘要

提出了一种基于遗传算法的绕管式换热器优化设计方法.采用单目标和多目标遗传算法,选取改进熵产数和换热器重量作为目标函数,对结构参数进行优化设计.结果表明,与工程设计值相比,换热器的改进熵产数和重量都得到了明显减小.多目标优化与单目标优化相比结果更优,可得到多组优化解,为绕管式换热器结构参数设计提供更多选择.%Optimum design method for spiral-wound heat exchanger based on genetic algorithm(GA) was presented in this paper.Based on the single objective and multi-objective genetic algorithm,improved entropy production number and weight of heat exchanger were selected as the target parameters.The application results showed that,compared with the original data,the improved entropy production number and the weight of the heat exchanger had been significantly reduced.Under the condition of thermal load,Multi-objective parameter optimization results are better than single objective function.Moreover,in multi-objective parameter optimization several Pareto solutions can be obtained and can be chosen flexibly.
