介绍了超声波在矿浆中的衰减原理,并从理论上叙述了超声波的波长与矿浆粒径的关系,指出从已知矿浆的粒度分布状态可以选择超声波的频率,在选矿自动化中能应用超声波的衰减原理来测量矿浆的粒度和浓度。由此设计的超声换能器,其输出信号的幅度达8~10V。%The principle of the attenuation of ultrasonic wave in ore pulp is introduced. Thus the relationship between the wave length of ultrasonic wave and the diameter of the granule of ore pulp is illustrated. It is stated that the frequency of ultrasonic wave can be selected based on the known distribution of the granule, the principle of the attenuation of ultrasonic wave can be used in measurement of granularity and concentration of ore pulp for ore selection automation. From this, the ultrasonic energy transducer is desired and the output signal is around 8 ~ 10V.
