一种简便的电磁超声测厚实现方法探究

         

摘要

针对电磁超声(EMAT)测厚中大功率脉冲电源和高灵敏度放大器等设计困难的问题,提出了使用压电超声仪来完成电磁超声测厚功能的方法.该方法仅需要设计电磁超声探头和转换电路模块.通过试验确定了检测探头的参数以及磁化方式,并研制了转换器,实现了一种简易有效的电磁超声测厚功能.实践证明,该方法应用效果良好,具有很好的推广价值.%In thickness measurement using EMAT, it is difficult to design the large power pulse power supply and highly sensitive amplifier. Aiming at these problems, the method of adopting piezoelectric ultrasonic apparatus to accomplish the function of electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement is proposed. With this method, only the electromagnetic ultrasonic probe and the module of conversion circuit are needed to design. The parameters and magnetization mode of the inspection probe are determined through a series of experiments, and the converter is developed, a simple and effective electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement function is realized. Practice shows that the method offers good application effects and good promotion value.
