基于梯形函数逼近的光栅数字细分算法

         

摘要

Based on the features of grating signals and trapezium function, the new method of digital subdivision algorithm for grating signals is proposed. By using A/D converter, two of the grating signals are sampled twice each, and in accordance with the zone of the sample values, appropriate trapezium function formula is selected for fitting the curve between two sampling points, thus the phase difference of the two sampling points is calculated to realize the subdivision of grating signals. Practical application indicates that the calculation procedure is simple, and better subdivision result is obtained.%基于光栅信号和梯形函数各自的特点,提出了一种新的光栅信号数字细分算法.该算法采用A/D转换器分别对两路光栅信号进行两次采样,并根据采样值所在的区间,选择合适的梯形函数公式得到两个采样点之间的拟合曲线,从而计算出这两个采样点间的相位差,最终达到对光栅信号细分的目的.实际应用表明,该算法计算过程简单,并达到了较好的细分效果.
