提高电子皮带秤计量准确度的有效方法

         

摘要

Aiming at the demerits of the belt scale structured with single-lever dual-supporting roller group, e. g. , inaccurate measurement and unstable weighing values, the forced aspects and the energizing voltage distribution of the transducer are analyzed respectively, thus the effective method for enhancing measurement accuracy of electronic belt scale is proposed. The specific method is based on existing equipment, while the weighing transducer is used instead of trunnion pivot to reduce the force transfer units. In addition, in signal processing system, the junction box used in electronic weighing bridge is introduced, to reasonably distribute the energizing voltage. The result of tests verifies the feasibility of this improving strategy, the method provides reliable basis for technical retrofit of belt scales.%针对单杠杆双托辊组皮带秤计量不准确、称量值不稳定等缺点,分别从传感器受力环节、激励电压分配等方面进行分析,提出了提高电子皮带秤计量准确度的有效方法.具体实现方法是在现有设备基础上,采用称重传感器替换耳轴支点,以减少力传递单元.同时在信号处理系统中引入电子衡上使用的接线盒,对传感器的激励电压进行合理分配.试验结果验证了皮带秤改进方案的可行性,为今后皮带秤的技术改造提供了可靠的依据.
