基于安卓手机的自动打桩机群控系统的设计

摘要

In order to improve the construction efficiency and security of piledriver, and realize automation of the operation and control of piledriver,the automatic piledriver group control system based on Android mobile phone is designed. The automatic control technology and remote monitoring technology are applied into the piledriver group,by using Android mobile phone,through data transmission radio and Bluetooth wireless transmission data,the automatic punching pile driver group on site are controlled,the full and semi-automation of piling and the remote monitoring of the piledriver group is implemented. The test results show that the system has the advantages of high efficiency,flexibility and real-time performance.%为了提高打桩机施工效率和安全保障,实现打桩机作业和控制的自动化,设计了一种基于安卓手机的自动打桩机群控系统.该系统将自动控制技术和远程监控技术应用到打桩机群中,采用安卓手机、通过数传电台和蓝牙无线传输数据控制现场自动冲孔打桩机群,实现了打桩的全/半自动化和打桩机群的远程监控.试验结果表明,该系统具有效率高、灵活性好和实时性强等优点.
