Taking the Epro MMS6000 TSI system of certain 330 MW power unit as the research object, in view of the phenomenon of signal mutation of bearing housing vibration, through judging by the quality of maintenance, the operation condition analysis, the control loop test a turbine supervisory instrumentation(TSI)system, it is considered that the poor grounding of TSI system may lead to the shielding layer of signal cable does not play a role in shielding, so that the interference signal is fleeing into the vibration signal through the cable or the grounding network, which causes the sudden change of the bearing housing vibration signal. According to the above analysis, a TSI grounding network is rebuilt. After the completion of the scheme implementation, abnormal vibration signal of TSI system does not appear, this ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit. The actual operation proves the correctness of the design; and the research provides an effective method to solve the problem of abnormal signal for TSI system.%以某电厂330 MW机组Epro MMS6000 TSI系统为研究对象,针对瓦振信号突变的现象,通过检修质量判断、运行工况分析、控制回路测试以及汽轮机监视仪表(TSI)系统接地网络检查、分析,判定因TSI系统接地不良导致信号电缆屏蔽层未起到屏蔽作用,使得干扰通过电缆或地网窜入振动信号中,引起瓦振信号突变.对以上原因进行分析,重新搭设了TSI系统接地网络.方案实施后,TSI系统振动信号未出现异常,机组安全、稳定运行.实际运行证明了该方案的正确性,为解决TSI系统信号异常提供了一种有效方法.
