一种组网式电缆分支箱在线监测系统的设计

         

摘要

针对电缆分支箱内的分接头故障率较高这一现状,设计了一组网式电缆分支箱在线监测系统,以超低功耗单片机为主控制芯片的信息采集终端,对电缆分支箱内环境信息和电气参数进行采集、运算与处理.采用GSM无线传输方式,将数据发送给主控台的LabVIEW上位机进行实时显示与存储,实现了分支箱内环境温度、电缆分接头温度、线路故障信息及带电状态的实时远程监测.现场运行情况表明,该系统运行稳定,对其他电气设备的远程在线监测具有很好的借鉴意义.%In view of the higher failure rate of the taps inside cable branch box,an online monitoring system for the networking cable branch box is designed,to realize real - time monitoring of cable branch box. With the ultra - low power consumption single chip computer as the main control chip,the information acquisition terminal is design for collecting,operating and processing the environmental information and electrical parameters inside the cable branch box. By adopting GSM wireless transmission mode,the data are sent to the PC of master station for displaying and storing via LABVIEW,thus the temperature inside the taps,the temperature inside cable branch box,fault information of power lines and the charged status are monitored remotely in real time. The field operation indicates that the system is running stably; it provides valuable reference for remote online monitoring of other electrical equipment.
