全寿命周期成本理论在主变压器选择中的应用

         

摘要

目前在变电工程领域运用全寿命周期成本LCC(life cycle cost)理论对主变压器选择进行研究分析已有了部分成果,但未能提出完整的、系统的应用方法.本文简要介绍LCC理论及在智能电网中的应用前景,以全寿命周期成本理论为基础,建立变电设备全寿命周期成本模型,并将其应用到主变压器容量和台数选择中来,创新性地提出了全寿命周期成本理论在主变压器选择中的应用方法,通过实例分析证明其可行性,并进一步得到降低变电设备成本的有效措施,以期达到在保证电力系统安全可靠性的基础上,减少投资成本,节约能耗,优化设备选择过程的目标.%Currently, the life cycle cost (LCC) theory can solved the main transformer selection problem partially in power transformation projects, however, the complete and systematic practical methods have not been mentioned. This paper introduces the life cycle cost theory and its application of smart grid. A life cycle cost model based on the life cycle cost theory for substation equipment was established and applied to select the main transformer capacity and quantity. The life cycle cost theory was used in the selection of the main transformer method innovatively, and the feasibility was justified by a case. Moreover, it gets effective measures to reduce the cost of substation equipment and to achieve the reduction of investment costs, saving energy, optimizing selection process equipment based on ensuring the safety and reliability of power system.
