风电-抽水蓄能联合运行优化模型

             

摘要

风电出力具有波动性和反调峰特性。一方面,风电出力的随机性波动使得电网的安全性和可靠性受到挑战,另一方面,风电出力曲线与负荷曲线并不匹配,电力市场环境下峰谷电价实施后,风电场运行的经济性受到冲击。从风电场运行的角度出发,将风电场和抽水蓄能电站联合调度,建立了风蓄联合运行效益最大和风蓄联合出力波动方差最小的多目标优化调度模型。建模计及抽水蓄能电站的启停成本,模型求解中采用归一化的多目标处理策略。通过与风电场单独运行的结果对比进行算例分析,验证了抽水蓄能电站在提高风电场运行效益以及风电接入能力方面的优势,也证明了该多目标模型的可行性和有效性。%Wind power has the characteristics of volatility and anti-load. On the one hand,the safety and reliability of power grid are challenged due to the volatility of wind power. On the other hand,the output curve and load cruve of wind power do not match,and the economic operation of wind farm is impacted after the implementation of peak valley price in the opwer market. In this paper,wind farm and pumped-storage plant are dispatched together in the perspective of wind farm. A multi-objective optimization model is built,which considers maximum benefit and the minimum fluctua⁃tion variance of combined operation. Start-stop cost of pumped-storage plant is taken into account in this model,and normalized multi-objective processing strategy is employed. Through the comparison with wind power alone,it is veri⁃fied that pumped-storage plant can improve the efficiency of wind power and it has the advantage of wind power integra⁃tion,showing the feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-objective model.
